Become A Foster Parent to a Robertson County Kid in Need

Did you know that Robertson County currently has only one active foster family? This critical shortage means that unless a child can be placed with their family, they must move out of the county if they are removed from their home. The Robertson County CPS Board and Renaissance Family Services are addressing this urgent need by hosting free informational events about becoming a foster parent.
Residents are invited to join next month at one of the meetings to learn more about how they can make a difference in a child's life. These meetings are informal and designed for people who are interested in becoming foster families.
Event Details
· Hearne: March 20, at 6:30 pm at the Baptist Church Fellowship Hall
· Franklin: March 27, at 6:30 pm at the Baptist Church Fellowship Hall
These meetings are an excellent opportunity to ask questions, get more information, and meet others who are passionate about helping children in need. Attendees can learn about the process, requirements, and rewards of becoming a foster parent.
Your Participation Matters
Foster parents provide a safe and stable environment for children who are unable to live with their birth families. Their involvement can provide the love, care, and support that these children desperately need. With only one active foster family in Robertson County, the demand is high, and every additional foster family can make a significant impact.
Community members are encouraged to join one of the upcoming meetings and be a part of the solution. Together, the community can ensure that children in Robertson County can stay within their community, close to their schools, friends, and familiar surroundings.
The Robertson County CPS Board and Renaissance Family Services look forward to seeing attendees there and working together to make a difference in the lives of children in need.
